Incognito Mode

Incognito Mode hides your profile from Discover, from search, and from your QR code. You can browse without being browsed.

While you’re incognito you can still flirt with people. Sending a flirt shows them your profile, because they can’t reasonably decide about someone they can’t see. What Incognito stops is being found by people you haven’t chosen to reach out to.

Incognito is a Diamond feature. If your subscription lapses, Incognito switches off and your profile becomes visible again.

Who can see what

Your full profile is visible to people who match your discovery settings. Some details are only shown once you’ve matched.

Your exact location is never shown to anyone. Distances come from a coarse location.

Viewer insights

If someone with Viewer insights looks at your profile, they can see that they did, the same way you can see who’s viewed yours if you have the feature. It’s a premium feature on Elite and above.

Read receipts

Read receipts show when your message has been seen. They’re a premium feature starting at Plus.

Downloading your data

You can request a full export of your data from Settings. It gathers your profile, your content, and your activity, and gives you a download link when it’s ready.

Large exports take a few minutes, and the link is time-limited. If it expires, just request another.

Pausing your account

Pausing hides your profile and stops you appearing in Discover, without deleting anything. Come back whenever; everything is where you left it.

Deleting your account

Deleting is permanent. Your profile, photos, videos, matches, and chats are removed, and this cannot be undone.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, and we can’t cancel them on your behalf. Cancel in the App Store or Google Play before you delete, or you’ll keep being charged for an account that no longer exists.
