Delete your account

The quickest way is in the app: Settings → Delete account. If you no longer have the app, you can ask here instead.

Delete without the app

Enter the email address on your Flirty account. If an account uses it, we'll email that address a link to confirm. Nothing is deleted until you press the button on the page the link opens.

Signed in with Apple and hid your email? Your account uses an address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. On an iPhone you'll find it in Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → Flirty. Enter that address here.

What happens

• The link works for 1 hour and can only be used once.
• When you confirm, your account is closed and every device is signed out. It's deleted for good after 48 hours: your profile, photos, videos, matches and chats.
• Changed your mind? Sign back in within the 48 hours and nothing is lost.
• Reports made about you in the 90 days before deletion, and their evidence, are kept for 90 days afterwards so deleting can't be used to escape a safety report. The Privacy Policy lists everything we keep and for how long.

Before you delete

• Cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, and deleting your account doesn't cancel them. Cancel in the App Store or Google Play first.
• Want a copy of your data? Sign in and go to Settings → My Data before you delete. For your privacy, exports are only available inside the app.
