Terms of Service

These Terms are the agreement between you and FLIRTY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14409571 (“Flirty”, “we”, “us”), for use of the Flirty mobile app, website and related services. By creating an account, buying a subscription or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Flirty.

Flirty is an adults-only dating and social app. You must be 18 or older to use it.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
• You must provide accurate account information, including your real date of birth.
• You must not use Flirty if you are banned, suspended or legally prohibited from using the Service.
• Flirty may close an account if we reasonably believe the user is under 18, using false identity information, evading enforcement or creating safety risk.

Self-declared age is part of our age-checking process. If the Service allows content or features that legally require stronger age assurance in a country, we may require additional checks before you use those features.

2. Your Account

• Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account is compromised.
• Use one account for yourself. Do not impersonate anyone or use someone else’s photos, voice, videos or likeness without permission.
• Keep profile information reasonably accurate. Do not misrepresent your age, identity, relationship intent or location in a way that deceives or harms others.
• You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity was caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

3. Dating Safety

Flirty does not conduct criminal background checks, identity checks or health checks on users. We do not guarantee that users are who they say they are, that they are safe to meet, or that any match or message will lead to a relationship. Use judgment, protect personal information, meet in public places, and report suspicious or harmful behavior.

4. User Content

You own the content you create or upload, including photos, videos, profile text, prompts, messages, reports and support communications. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to share it.

You give Flirty a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display, transmit, adapt for technical formatting, moderate, back up and otherwise use your content as needed to operate, secure, improve and provide the Service, enforce these Terms, comply with law and respond to safety issues. This licence ends when your content is deleted except where copies remain with recipients, backups, safety records, legal records or other retention allowed by ourPrivacy Policy.

Current Flirty messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Do not send content unless you are comfortable with the recipient seeing and potentially saving it, and with Flirty processing it as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Rules

Flirty is an adults-only social and dating app, not an adult-content platform. You must not use Flirty to do any of the following:

• Use the Service if you are under 18 or help a minor access it.
• Upload, request, send, promote or keep child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualizes minors.
• Upload, send or publicly share pornography, nudity or sexually explicit content, whether in profile content, public content or private messages. Profile and public content must be suitable for a general audience.
• Share non-consensual intimate imagery, hidden-camera content, sexual extortion material, deepfakes intended to deceive or humiliate, or sexual content of someone who did not consent.
• Upload, send or promote terrorist content, content that glorifies or incites terrorism, or content that promotes violent extremism.
• Upload, send or promote content that encourages, glorifies or instructs on suicide, self-harm or eating disorders (including pro-anorexia and pro-bulimia content).
• Share content showing real-world extreme violence, gore or animal cruelty for shock or entertainment.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, bully, dox, intimidate, exploit, blackmail or encourage self-harm or violence.
• Promote hate or discrimination based on protected characteristics.
• Run scams, romance fraud, phishing, spam, bot accounts, fake engagement or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
• Solicit or offer commercial sex, trafficking, illegal goods or services, weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit goods or prescription medicines.
• Infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity or confidentiality rights.
• Scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, attack, interfere with or bypass the Service, security controls, rate limits, App Check, age checks, moderation controls or payment systems.
• Use Flirty for commercial advertising, recruiting, data brokering or political campaigning without our written permission.
• Break any law or app-store rule that applies to you or us.

6. Reports and Moderation

You can block users and report accounts, messages or content in the app or by contacting support. We may review reports, user content, account activity and technical signals to enforce these Terms, protect users and comply with law.

We may remove content, restrict features, warn users, suspend accounts, ban accounts, preserve evidence, notify users, contact authorities or take other reasonable action. We may act without prior notice where needed for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention or service integrity. Where law requires a notice, appeal, statement of reasons or regulator process, we will provide it.

7. Paid Features and Subscriptions

• Paid features, prices, billing periods and benefits are shown in the app before purchase.
• Purchases through iOS or Android are processed by Apple or Google under their own payment terms. Flirty does not receive your full card or bank details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the App Store or Google Play before the renewal deadline shown by the store.
• Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google unless the law requires otherwise.
• We may change paid features or prices prospectively. If a change affects an active subscription, the app store process and applicable law will control notice, consent and cancellation rights.

8. Advertising and Third-Party Services

Free versions of Flirty may include advertising. Ads, links, app-store payments, maps, video hosting, sign-in providers and other third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party products or services, except where the law says we are.

9. App Store Terms

If you download Flirty from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the app-store provider is not responsible for the Service, maintenance, support, claims or user content. Apple and Google may be third-party beneficiaries of the parts of these Terms that apply to their stores.

10. Ending Your Account

You can stop using Flirty at any time and may request account deletion in the app. Account deletion may include a grace period, after which we delete or anonymize account data from active systems subject to the retention limits in thePrivacy Policy. If an account is banned or involved in a safety, legal or fraud matter, we may retain limited records as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, create risk, expose us or others to legal liability, or if the Service is discontinued.

11. Our Rights

Flirty, its software, designs, trademarks, databases, interfaces and other intellectual property belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only as allowed by these Terms. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

12. Service Availability and Disclaimers

We aim to keep Flirty available, secure and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, any particular match, message, date, relationship outcome, ad, recommendation or user behavior. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or your mandatory consumer rights.

13. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flirty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or harm caused by another user or third party. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Flirty for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or GBP 100, except where the law requires a higher amount or does not allow this limit.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms when the Service, law or business changes. If changes are material, we will give notice in the app, by email or on the website where required. Continuing to use Flirty after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription through the app store.

15. Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or state may still apply. Courts in England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
